A History Lesson You Don’t Want To Miss

Dim Sum Dollies

Forget the June hoildays! Come straight back to school for one heck of a history lesson with the Dim Sum Dollies, ‘The History Of Singapore Part 1’. Directed by Glen Goei and written by Queen Dolly herself Selena Tan. Expect more than the drone of a typical history lesson, with the dollies playing headmistress, telling the story of how our little red dot started off as a “pisai” to the nation it is today. With jokes aplenty, you can expect to have the music of Elaine Chan stuck in your head for the rest of the June holidays.

So give your friends the gift of learning too. Dim Sum Dollies Part 1 will be playing at the esplanade theatre from the 5th to the 21st of June. Tickets are available from Sistic.
