Here’s a new reason for you to head down to Resorts World Sentosa on a Friday night: one of our favourite restaurants, CURATE, will be getting a weekly makeover as it transforms from fancy restaurant to buzzing Ladies Night!
Originally a fine dining destination dedicated to preparing menus that are almost akin to art from Resident Chef Benjamin Halat and various international Michelin guests chefs, starting from 27th October, CURATE will clear out the tables and chairs every Friday to metamorphose into a modern, swanky setting as DJs descend upon the restaurant and hype up the atmosphere with live uptempo music.
From 6.30pm-9.30pm each Friday, guests can now enjoy a very different CURATE experience, as bottles are popped and beautiful, tasty hors d’ouevres are served alongside. Look out for the esteemed Chef Halat’s Instagram worthy, bite-sized creations, such as Belon oyster with granny smith and honey; Nori ‘stones’ with tuna sashimi; Wagyu beef sirloin with burrata; and Mojito Dragon Breath. As with CURATE itself, the selection of food items on the menu will be rotated weekly with only the best and most premium seasonal ingredients.
As for the bubbly, CURATE has prepared nothing but the best for its guests: packages start from S$98 for a free flow of Blanc Foussy from France’s Loire Valley, all the way to the S$388 for free flow of Hollywood’s favourite boutique label Angel Champagne, made available for the very first time in Singapore exclusive to CURATE.
Make Friday nights special again with CURATE’s Ladies Night as it turns the dial up to maximum indulgence, with the hippest music, the most premium of bites and the tastiest of champagne, perfect for celebrating a big birthday bash, or simply a fun get together with all the girls in the most enjoyable way possible.
