After a two-year hiatus, the Singapore Chinese Orchestra (SCO) held its Fundraising Gala Dinner and Concert, titled Guan Grandeur, on 7 October 2022, at the Grand Ballroom, The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Hotel Singapore.
