
If you’re Singaporean, chances are you’ve caught Channel 5’s hit comedy The Noose. Michelle Chong in particular has always had her share of fans, and has played countless memorable roles, from the hapless maid Leticia to SPG Barbarella.

Now, brace yourself as everyone’s favourite PRC on TV finally makes it to the big screen in Lulu The Movie. Michelle Chong is an immensely talented woman, having both written and directed the film. This is no virgin effort though, and she’s already got a few directorial credits to her name, including 2013’s Three Peas In A Pod and 2011’s Already Famous, so expect some quality direction while you enjoy the sidesplittingly funny scenes.

With countless Mediacorp guest stars from the likes of The Flying Dutchman to Pornsak, along with a madcap nonstop adventure seeing Lulu bounce from one zany situation to another, you can be sure that Lulu the Movie will have you on the edge of your seat with laughter. Check out the trailer below:
We’re not entirely sure what’s going on, but it looks like this time, Lulu is taking the (fashion) world by storm and truly crafting herself into one of Singapore’s favourite characters. It’s got us all excited for how the full film is going to play out, and we have no doubt it’s going to be a ton of fun. Stay tuned for our upcoming review!
