Preview: The Legend of Zelda – Symphony of the Goddesses
Nintendo fans rejoice – The Legend of Zelda concert tour is coming to Singapore this August! Featuring music from Ninetendo’s hit Legend of Zelda franchise, including the critically acclaimed 2017 release Breath of the Wild, gamers and non-gamers will be able to enjoy the lush, iconic music from the series.
The upcoming show will feature some big surprises, including an all new movement from The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, an updated overture and the return of a certain classic song…’The Ballad of the Wind Fish from Link’s Awakening. The Zelda Symphony shop will also be around, with plenty of new merchandise available for purchase.
Celebrating 30 years of stirring virtual adventure and memorable soundtracks with live orchestral renditions with oversight and approval from the game’s developers and composers, Symphony of the Goddesses is now in its fourth season. The two-hour concert comes to life with a 56-piece orchestra, 20-person choir and a reimagined score that draws from Zelda games across the series’ history. Throughout the evening, a video collage syncs up with the adventurous tunes to spotlight exciting moments from the venerable franchise.
This August, reminisce and recall moments of glory when Link conquers dungeons and runs through forests, the thrill of fighting difficult bosses and the sense of wonder as you discover new lands and powers at Symphony of the Goddesses.
