Preview: Il Volo with Plácido Domingo: Notte Magica @ Golden Village

This Saturday, opera fans have a great event to look forward to – an exclusive one night only screening of Il Volo’s Notte Magica concert!

Notte Magica is a recording of the tribute concert performed by Italian pop-opera trio Il Volo. 27 years ago, legendary opera trio The Three Tenors performed their very first concert on the eve of the Italia ’90 world cup. Now, super-successful Italian pop-opera trio Il Volo pays tribute to that concert by singing a selection of the original repertoire in a live performance in Florence, Italy. Notte Magica is the recording of that live performance, and even features Placido Domingo (the ‘King of Opera’), one of the original members of The Three Tenors, performing alongside them and conducting the Teatro Massimo di Palermo Orchestra.

Look out for smash hits such as Frank Sinatra’s My Way and Turandot’s Nessun Dorma, as you sit back, relax, and enjoy the trio’s distinctive vocals and soothing voices with Golden Village’s immersive Auro 11.1 sound system, as if they were performing right in front of your very eyes.
