Sight Lines Entertainment presents an immersive live mystery theatre experience, “Crack the Case: Mind Hunter”. Designed for a wide range of players, Crack the Case: Mind Hunter invites those who are seeking an adrenaline rush, hardcore mystery enthusiasts craving a fresh challenge, and friends and families ready to test their wits together to experience a groundbreaking blend of reality and fiction where the boundaries between the worlds blur, and the weight of each decision carries real consequences.
Set in a historical heritage house that is transformed into the mind of a serial killer, audiences are invited to navigate through 5-multisensory galleries where they can explore scenes in a non-linear way as the story unfolds around them.
“Crack the Case: Mind Hunter was conceived from a desire to revolutionise the way we experience live entertainment,” said Derrick Chew, Producer of Sight Lines Entertainment. “We envisioned an immersive journey that not only thrills and entertains but one with solid storytelling playing on our theatre-making and dramaturgical strengths as a theatre company. This production represents our commitment to pushing boundaries and redefining the very essence of interactive theatre.”
Crack The Case: Mind Hunter offers an unique live interactive mystery experience where each member of the audience is actively engaging in every unexpected twist and turn, and connecting with the characters through uncovering puzzles and clues whilst immersed in a complete sensory experience and ultimately, cracking the case.
Presented by Sight Lines Entertainment, Crack the Case: Mind Hunter is created by Krish Natarajan, co-owner of Strawberries Inc, a creative studio. “Embracing a departure from the traditional confines of theatre etiquette, my approach gives the audience full agency to immerse themselves in the mind of a psychopath,” shared Director/Writer Krish Natarajan, Director and Writer. “The experience isn’t just a performance; it’s a dark journey into the depths of human nature which beckons the important question: is evil an inherent trait, ingrained at birth, or a byproduct of our environment and upbringing?”
The experience is suitable for audiences age 16 and above and does not contain any horror, gore or blood although there will be themes of family tragedy, murder and revenge. Each show can accommodate 60 pax and audiences can choose to have a single participant experience or experience the show in a group.
Crack the Case: Mind Hunter plays from 10th November to 10th December 2023 at 42 Waterloo Street. Tickets available from SISTIC
