Olivier nominated production and smash hit Alice’s Adventures Underground returns to The Vaults for a whopping five month run this April!
Produced by Les Enfants Terribles an ebp in association with Creature of London, Alice’s Adventures Underground was originally conceived to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Lewis Carroll’s classic novel of the same name. With over 100,000 audience members in 2015 and a 2016 Olivier Award nomination for Best Entertainment and Family Show, Alice’s Adventures Underground takes on new twists and turns for their 2017 edition.
Get lost in the rabbit hole that is The Vaults, deep beneath Waterloo Station and explore the curious world that Alice inhabits, and immerse yourself in the truly unique experience that mixes puppetry, music and circus into one spectacular adventure of a lifetime. Audience members will get to make their own decisions on how their story unfolds; eat or drink? Grow or shrink?
Part immersive theatre part escape room game, participants will wander the expanse of Wonderland, gathering clues to piece together what happened to Alice. No one experience is quite the same, and you could end up anywhere, from running into giant packs of cards, to dropping in on an un-birthday party. Whatever your choice, Wonderland will be a dream you never want to wake from, and an utterly unforgettable experience.
Alice’s Adventures Underground plays at The Vaults, London from 15 April to 23 September. For more information and to book tickets, check out their website here. For under 26s, 5.45pm performances on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 25 April 2017 will be available for just £25.
