Ringstar Management is proud to present The Roar of Singapore II – The Pride of Singapore, held at the luxurious Resorts World Sentosa this May for a real adrenaline rush and with the feel of a big Las Vegas style event, with a grand total of TEN title fights.
Headlining the fight are reigning UBO World Light Heavyweight Champion Ryan ” The Real Deal” Ford vs New Zealand’s Robert “The Butcher” Berridge, Australian Chad “Hollywood” Bennett vs Thai former IBF Youth World Champion Banalue Swanwong and Mohd “The Chosen Wan” Ridwhan (the current WBA Asia Champion) of Singapore, as he vies for the vacant UBO Super Featherweight World title and chance to make history for the second time in 7 weeks when he goes up against Tanzanian Fadhili Majiha.
Other featured challengers include 4 UBO World title fights and 6 international titles including UBO Inter-continental and Asia-Pacific Welterweight Champion “Miracle” Mirage Khan vs Aussie tough guy Chase Hayley for the IBO Oceania title, while Khan puts his other two belts on the line for a winner takes all match up. Complementing the IBO line up is the undefeated Cairo George of New Zealand (12-0) as he defends his IBO Asia Pacific title against former contender Stevie Ongen Ferdinandus from Indonesia. Fellow New Zealander Ben Kelleher will be defending his UBO Asia-Pacific Cruiserweight title against Malaysian Stephen Anak. Former two-time WBC World Champion Sirimongkhon Singwangcha (Thailand) returns to Singapore to challenge Indonesia’s Larry Siwu for the UBO Intercontinental title, and Australia’s Tommy Browne will fight Aleksander Bajawa of Indonesia for the UBO International belt. Finally, new kid on the block Malaysian Keng Fai Hui will go in for the UBO Asia-Pacific Welterweight title when he fights Indonesia’s Indra Anser.
