Celebrate the best of the best with Lime Restaurant’s new buffet line-up – The Best of Lime – at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering. Featuring a combination of local delights, international favourites, and some intriguing new creations, the a la carte-style extravaganza will take diners on a gastronomic journey of discovery. While you might not be able to fly away just yet, this is your chance to treat yourself to a delectable spread from around the world.
On Fridays and Saturdays – and during the much-lauded Super Lunch Sunday – from 1st to 26th November 2020, patrons can pay homage to Singapore’s much-loved hawker culture, in a special collaboration between the open-kitchen-concept restaurant and Hong Lim Food Centre.
Enjoy some local delights from the famed Chinatown hawker centre including the Michelin Bib Gourmand 2018 recipient Tai Wah Pork Noodles, Heng Kee Curry Chicken Bee Hoon Mee and Morning Bak Kut Teh – all served in the comfort of the restaurant, so you won’t need to break sweat in the hawker centre queue.

Start your journey with a Japanese feast, which features an assortment of sushi and the freshest sashimi. You will not want to miss out on the Salted Egg Lava Tempura Seafood Hand Roll which is a unique take on a classic that is bound to leave you asking for more.
Take a trip to Hong Kong with a sumptuous spread of Cantonese delights including an assortment of Roasted Chicken, Pork and Duck served with Hainanese Chicken Rice, or there’s the Seafood Fried Rice with Salted Egg – a tasty twist to the most classic of dishes.
Diners wanting to remain closer to these shores can delight in the signature Pickering Lobster Laksa and treat themselves to a crustacean feast with the fresh Seafood Platter and Salt & Pepper Crispy Oyster before rolling up their sleeves and tucking into some world-famous Singapore Chilli Crab served with Fried Mantous.
For those in for the long-haul, Western highlights include Caramelised Mini Angus Beef Sirloin and Australian Lamb Chop, both served with Truffle Mashed Potatoes or, for something lighter, vegetarian options include Grilled Plant-Based Sausage or Roasted Idaho Potatoes with Gruyere Cheese.
