The Laver Cup is a men’s tennis tournament between two teams: Team Europe and Team World. The event is named after Australian tennis player Rod Laver, and is endorsed by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). It is held annually, usually in September, alternating between Europe and the rest of the world.
The format of the tournament is a three-day round-robin followed by a final day of singles and doubles matches. The team that wins more total matches over the three days wins the cup. You can find everything you need to know about players and matches at Laver Cup odds website.
The first Laver Cup was held in 2017 in Prague, Czech Republic. Team Europe won the inaugural event, 15–9. The 2018 Laver Cup was held in Chicago, United States, with Team Europe winning again, 13–8. The 2019 Laver Cup was held in Geneva, Switzerland, with Team Europe winning for the third consecutive time, 13–11.
