The Esplanade has an all new playground for visitors to hang, whether or not you’re attending an event or just want to chill out – enter the Esplanade Annexe, the latest arts and lifestyle wing of the Esplanade full of food, shops and culture!

To celebrate the opening, the Esplanade invites YOU down to their Open House this May! Over one weekend, the new Annexe will play host to a gathering of passionate artists, and lifestyle experts from the Esplanade Mall. Meet the people of the Esplanade Annexe and special guests hawking and showcasing their music, art, food or craft.

Participating artists and vendors include various art and craft workshops, funky indie souvenirs from Souvenirs From Singapore, a coffee appreciation workshop from Suzette, an EP launch from local indie band The Good Life Project, spoken word performances from Cyril Wong and Pooja Nansi amongst others, and plenty more activities to keep you occupied all weekend!

The Open House will also feature the Esplanade X HungryGoWhere Food Trail, where F&B outlets from the likes of Alter Ego, Supply & Demand, Wah Kee Big Prawn Noodle and Bistro, Tomo Izakaya, Nigiro Cafe and No Signboard Seafood will be participating to bring you the very best of the Esplanade’s food scene.

Mark your calendars, open your minds and get ready to experience an Esplanade like never before at the Esplanade Annexe Open House this May.

The Esplanade Annexe Open House takes place at the Esplanade Annexe on 20 May (12pm onwards) and 21 May (10am onwards). Entry is free but some workshops may require registration and involve a fee. For more information, check out their Facebook events page here
