Even recognised hawker stalls will be joining in the festivities, with Traditional Haig Road Putu Piring, 168 CMY Satay and Zhong Guo La Mian Xiao Long Bao each presenting their speciality dishes.
As always, the big players and internationally renowned chefs will also be making a return, including RWS’ triple Michelin starred Joël Robuchon Restaurant, as well as local establishments such as A Noodle Story with Singapore-style ramen, Song of India’s Butter Chicken and Naan, as well as Peranakan restaurant Blue Ginger to end with a sweet finish with their Durian Chendol.
