Monaco Grand Prix 2019: 77th Edition Draws To A Grand Close At The Adrenaline-Fuelled Amber Lounge

Action, adrenaline and euphoric parties the entire weekend, Amber Lounge was the place to be during the 77th Monaco Grand Prix. Last Friday saw the spectacular ‘Ice White’ themed Fashion Show at Le Meridien Beach Plaza, with a beachside catwalk that featured stunning bridal and evening gowns by renowned celebrity designer Yolancris alongside chic menswear by Christopher Bates and swimwear by Ladyship of Lady Victoria Hervey.

Formula 1 drivers left their competitive streak at the track for the iconic event. Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc lead the Amber Lounge Charity Fashion Show runway next to fellow drivers George Russell (Williams), Antonio Giovinazzi (Alfa Romeo), Esteban Gutierrez (Mercedes), Jack Aitken (Renault), Guanyu Zhou (Renault) and Sergey Sirotkin (Renault), Nicholas Latfi (Racing Point). Alfa Romeo’s Tatiana Calderon made her debut for Amber Fashion with the F1 ladies dressed in Yolancris. Funds raised during the live auction, for the third consecutive year went to Sir Jackie Stewart’s ‘Race Against Dementia’ Foundation. The glamorous after party launched with an ultra high-energy DJ set by world-renowned Sigma.

On race day, Amber Lounge’s luxury celebrity yachts hosted Victoria’s Secret model Josephine Skriver, TV star Olivia Culpo, Blaise Matuidi, Mark Cavendish and model Madison Headrick along with VIP guests for race viewing.

The Monaco Grand Prix did not disappoint as celebrations moved from the paddock to Amber Lounge’s GP After Party and continued into the early hours of Monday morning.
F1 drivers, teams, celebrities, sports stars and guests mingled at VIP tables, on the dance floor and in the Arctic Lounge hosted by Arctic Blue Gin. Sigala’s amazing DJ set kept the crowds dancing all night long. Electrifying bottle moments with the world’s only hand-made Porcelain Champagne bottle, Cuveé Sensorium, lit up the party night after night. Private jet partner GlobeAir ensured guests travelled to and from Monaco in style.

Amber Lounge Monaco took place at Le Méridien Beach Plaza, 22, Avenue Princesse Grâce, 98000 Monaco, from 24th to 26th May 2019.
