Conceived by Lime’s Pastry Chef Candy Lu, the latest Dessert Menu at Lime Pâtisserie features an alluring line-up of cakes, tarts and sweet treats that taste as good as they look. Whether it’s the pink Raspberry Jivara Earl Grey Tea Cake or the picture-perfect Lime Basil Mousse Cake with Strawberry Jelly, each bite of these cakes are sure to give you a jolt of joy. Other must-tries include the zesty Yuzu Meringue Tart and luscious Espresso Mandarin Orange Bar, not to mention the vegan Coconut Chocolate Mousse Cake, which received glowing reviews following its introduction in the hotel’s ‘No Meat, No Problem’ plant-based menu earlier this year.
Guests can also look forward to the hotel’s refreshed Afternoon Tea menu, featuring a balanced mix of savoury and sweet bites, along with unlimited servings of coffee or TWG tea.
