SGIFF appoints Thong Kay Wee as new Programme Director

The Singapore International Film Festival (SGIFF) has appointed Singapore film programmer, Thong Kay Wee as its new Programme Director to lead the artistic elements of the Festival alongside Executive Director, Emily J.
