Preview: RuPaul’s Werq the World Tour 2020 – Singapore

Mother of drag queens and superstar RuPaul is back for a brand new Werq the World tour come 2020, and she’s bringing all your favourite queens for a one night only extravaganza. Organised by Voss Events, and produced by Drag Race producers World of Wonder and VH1, the Werq the World Tour has added dates for the Asian leg of their tour, with the queens attempting to save the galaxy as they bring drag to cities such as Taipei – Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Manila – Philippines, Tokyo – Japan and Seoul – South Korea.

For their Singapore stop, the queens will perform at the Star Theatre, and features queens from your favourite past seasons of RuPaul’s Drag Race – Season 10 winner Aquaria, Season 8 finalists Kim Chi and Naomi Smalls, Season 7 winner Violet Chachki, and stars of the latest season 11, including Plastique Tiara, Vanessa ‘Ms Vanjie’ Mateo, and Season 11 winner herself Yvie Oddly as they catapult audiences to the sun with their drag stardom.

They will be led by mission leader Michelle Visage, who will guide the audience through the universe for a dynamic display of the wonders held by each planet and its regal sovereign. Keep your wigs on and get ready to sissy that walk, as the Asian leg of RuPaul’s Werq the World Tour comes to a city near you in 2020!
