Food For Thought: Ring in the festive season with indulgent offerings from Rang Mahal and Table Restaurant & Bar


As the season of revelry fast approaches, it’s time to celebrate with feasts with family and friends once again. To help, Rang Mahal Restaurants, comprising Rang Mahal and Table Restaurant & Bar, present a variety of dine-in and takeaway options to complete any celebration.

Boasting its signature tandoor-roasted turkey that comes marinated with a fragrant blend of twenty-six spices including cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, mace and deggi mirch(a special blend of Indian red chillies), Rang Mahal’s festive bird is roasted meticulously for hours and served with a piquant honey makhni, a rich butter-based tomato sauce seasoned with spices and made with organic manuka honey.

To elevate diners’ festive dining experience, opt for the Tandoori Turkey with Tehri Stuffing which is a fragrant stuffing of basmati rice cooked with mixed vegetables, quail eggs and baby potatoes, paired with the spiced turkey and manuka honey makhni gravy.
For home or office gatherings, Rang Mahal’s festive bundles will make for fuss-free party planning where guests may select their turkey of choice, accompanying side and main dishes as well as preference of wines by the bottle. Alternatively, guests may also choose to customise their bundles with a la carte options that are available as well.

This year, Rang Mahal will be serving a celebratory lunch buffet on Christmas and New Year’s Day, featuring turkey specials such as the signature Tandoori Turkey with Tehri Stuffing served with organic manuka honey makhni gravy and Turkey Malai Kebab in a cashew cardamom marinade. Tuck into these hearty festive favourites served alongside other delights including the Tandoori Quail and lightly spiced Kerala Duck Curry before ending your meal on a sweet note with festive yule logs, Blueberry Shrikhand, Jalebi & Rabdi and more.

Table Restaurant & Bar, located at Naumi Hotel Singapore, will also be preparing festive dinner line-ups with a 4-course dinner menu, available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Available from 23rd to 29th December 2019, diners will start with Sweet Corn Shorba drizzled with Truffle Oil before indulging in Gilafi Seekh Kebab, comprising minced lamb with bell peppers and shallots, Kasundi Prawns marinated in a pickled mustard sauce, along with Tandoori Turkey with Onion & Fennel Sauce and a selection of accompaniments before finishing on a sweet high with a signature dessert, Gulab Jamun with Coconut Ice Cream. Vegetarians will not be left out with delectable dishes including Basil Paneer Tikka, grilled homemade cottage cheese in a basil marinade, Palak Mushrooms, a rich, creamy curry of spinach with mushrooms, Mixed Vegetables Tikki and more.

Rang Mahal’s festive takeaways are available from now till 31st December 2019. All orders should be made three days in advance and will be available for collection from 15th December 2019 at Rang Mahal, Level 3 of Pan Pacific Singapore. Delivery options will also be available from 15th to 31st December at $50nett to a single address while a $50nett surcharge will be applicable on weekends, eve of and on public holidays.
