Perched elegantly on the 38th floor, Avoca offers a vibrant blend of creative cocktails, cuisine, music, and design — all inspired by the spirit of Hong Kong. Its year-round “Guest Shift” series brings in top mixologists from Asia’s leading bars to craft exclusive cocktails that spotlight hyperlocal ingredients and cultural ties to their roots. Recent collaborations have included renowned names like The Grasshopper Bar, Tokyo Confidential, and Bar Wakabayashi.

Guests can also start their weekend with free-flowing cocktails, live DJ beats, and a vibe that feels like a breath of fresh air at Avoca’s “High Spirits Brunch” (HKD 580 per person + 10% service charge). Staged every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday from April onwards, this chic daytime dining occasion showcases an enticing and unlimited line-up of small plates, such as Crispy Pork Belly Strips with Tamarind Glaze, and the Catch of the Day Crudo with Homemade XO Sauce, plus bold main courses like Sambal Lobster Linguine and Roasted Three Yellow Chicken with Orzo, It’s the kind of food that pairs perfectly with a cocktail in hand and a soundtrack that keeps the energy flowing.
Speaking of cocktails, Avoca’s award-winning mixology takes centre stage with three free-flow options: for HKD 200, enjoy handcrafted cocktails, premium beers, and punches. Upgrade to the HKD 280 to include Prosecco, wines, and the full cocktail menu; or go all out with unlimited Champagne and everything from the previous tiers for HKD 480. Every week, live DJs spin the tunes and turn the brunch into a laid-back, feel-good gathering.

The first Carna restaurant in Asia has made its name by presenting prime cuts of responsibly-raised meats prepared using authentic Italian methods that evoke the essence of Tuscany, all amidst a lively atmosphere of friendly banter and powerful tapestries, acknowledged by its recent awards and accolades including the acclaimed Michelin Selected Restaurant List in the latest MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2025.
Debuting new additions to its à La Carte Menu for the first time since opening, an extensive selection of homemade appetisers including the Wagyu Rostbiff Carpaccio with Black Truffle and Smoked Ricotta Cheese (HK$288), Beef Consommé with Braised Beef Tortellini (HK$208), Pan-Seared Scallops with Black Truffle Jus (HK$298) alongside a selection of garden salads, meat and seafood main courses, and premium cuts of beef cooked to personal preferences on Carna’s charcoal grill, will be available from 22nd April. Diners will be invited to savour a new range of dishes such as Italian Santa Marinella Marango OP Rib (HK$1,680), Truffle Homemade Beef & Pork Sausage (HK$388), Iberico Presa Pork (HK$428) and Paccheri Milanese-Style with Beef Cheek Ragout and Beef Tripe (HK$398), all melt-in-your-mouth experiences.

Introducing Carna’s new Butcher’s Menu every Monday through Wednesday, guests will be transported on a culinary journey to the farms, fields and forests of Tuscany. Served family-style, diners can choose from a selection of 6 appetisers, including 24-month aged Prosciutto Toscano, and Chianti Tartare, a shared pasta or risotto, and the finest chargrilled meat including its new 35-day, dry-aged Italian Pezzata Rossa extra marbled beef, available exclusively at Carna in Hong Kong, serving its signature Costata di Manzo cut. The Butcher’s Menu will be a showcase of traditional butchery techniques using lesser-known cuts to grill, boil and braise its steaks in true Tuscan style. Also featured will be the restaurant’s popular charcoal grilled steak, side dishes, and Italian dessert to complete this sumptuous feast, with additional wine pairing recommendations. The Butcher’s Menu begins at HK$688 per person + 10% service charge.

For free-flow brunchers, Carna’s new Nose-to-Tail Weekend Brunch kicking off on 26th April every Sat-urday, Sunday and public holiday, will be an exploration of the art of butchery that highlights a wide variety of meat cuts, lovingly served in celebratory, social style. With free-flowing appetisers including Apulian Burrata Cheese, Black Truffle Rump Beef Tartare and Braised Beef Tripe, all-you-can-eat homemade Braised Wagyu Beef Topside Pasta, a Grilled Meat Platter to share including homemade beef and pork sausages and a choice of curated Italian, Australian or American cuts from carefully-selected responsible farms matching our sustainable ethos and respect for meat and the land, accompanied with limitless sides of the casa, the possibilities are endless! A triumphant Tiramisù di Casa will be the perfect finish with freshly brewed coffee.

Brunch per person starts from HK$728 with options to top up from HK$280 per person for free-flowing prosecco, sommelier-selected wines, cocktails, beer, or sodas. And embrace la dolce vita with the Carna Spritz Trolley offering a medley of four fresh spritzers, a crisp complement to brunching in style. An additional HK$200 to upgrade the Prosecco to free-flowing Champagne elevates the entire experience.
