Buying art can sometimes feel like an intimidating exercise, but Affordable Art Fair Singapore has always taken a different approach. Returning from 26 to 29 November 2026 at the F1 Pit Building, this year’s edition brings together 97 galleries and a broad selection of contemporary art, continuing the fair’s mission to make collecting feel approachable, personal and, above all, enjoyable.

Under its familiar mantra, “See Art, Love Art, Own Art,” the fair encourages visitors to browse at their own pace, speak directly with artists and gallerists, and discover works that resonate with them, whether they are buying their very first piece or adding to an existing collection.

Part of the appeal of an art fair is the opportunity to encounter an original work in person, particularly considering we live in a time when AI-generated content and robotics are becoming increasingly woven into everyday life. Affordable Art Fair Singapore is putting the focus back on the human element behind an artwork, the artist’s ideas, choices, materials, labour and individual perspective.

Rather than approaching art collecting as something reserved for seasoned collectors, the fair aims to make that experience accessible to anyone curious enough to start looking. And sometimes, that can be as simple as finding one piece you cannot stop thinking about.

The 2026 edition follows a record-breaking year for the Singapore fair. In 2025, 95 galleries participated, with art sales reaching a record S$5.7 million. The results point to a continued appetite among Singapore audiences for discovering and owning contemporary art.

This year’s 97 galleries will once again give visitors plenty of room to explore different artists, styles and perspectives, with further details about participating galleries, artists and the wider fair programme set to be announced in the coming weeks.

For those who prefer to plan ahead, early-bird tickets are available from 9 to 29 September at S$19, including GST and excluding booking fees, compared with the regular fair-week price of S$28. Advance tickets from 30 September to 22 November will be priced at S$24.
